I will fondly remember the kindness and generosity that Grandma Pearl bestowed on me when I was growing up and then to my family. I would not be the person I am today without her guidance and teachings. She will be missed, but her lessons live on in my heart always.

I will always remember vists to see Great Aunt Pearl. Her flower gardens were always beautiful. She would let me pick all of the flowers I wanted! We also picked sweet corn there several times. I will truly miss listening to her wonderful laugh and stories. I miss the Washburn reunions. It seems that I can't get to NYS the second Sunday in August. My sympathies, thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.
