Pursuit of Excellence Award!

 

Funeral Director Stewart Williams and his wife Esther, on behalf of the Dimbleby, Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral Homes, receiving the 2009 National Funeral Directors Association’s Pursuit of Excellence Award at its International Convention & Expo in Boston on October 26. Presenting the award were NFDA President John Reed and Keynote Speaker Jack Lengyel, football coach depicted by Matthew McConaughey, in the movie “We Are Marshall.” The Pursuit of Excellence Award honors Dimbleby, Friedel, Williams & Edmunds for their “outstanding programs and resources to bereaved families, active community involvement through innovative outreach programs and ongoing education and professional development.”
